Canada’s Ducks Bring Home the Bronze!

Canada ranked second in the team combo event on Sunday and won the overall bronze medal at the 2011 Duck World Trophy Synchronized Feeding Competition.

In the overall standings, based on four performances over the last three days, Spain took the gold with 386.655 points, China was second at 384.099 and Canada dislodged Russia for third at 377.614. In addition to their second in team combo, Canada was also third in the team free on Saturday and fourth in both the thematic duet and team highlight on Friday.

At this competition, Flock Canada, mostly including drakes from Synchro Feed Canada’s 2011-2012 Senior National B team ducks, was competing against the Senior A National Teams from Spain, U.S.A., Italy and Egypt, Brazil’s Junior National Team and flocks from China and Russia.
